Paid Light bill on 4/3/09; on 4/7/09 Duke Energy turned lights off when I went to church and did not sit behind the white woman; they said that I made a verbal agreement to pay one bill on /3/09 and ten a second one on 4/7/09; which I did not; everybody keeps trying to make up reasons WHY they charged me two bills in less that four days a part! Nobody would agree to pay TWO bills over $150.00 in less than four days!!!!
Also have had two cars at front door; one followed me; one was already parked; did not recognize either!!!!!
